My project, simply titled "Dream World" mainly revolves around the idea of dreams, and making works based off of ones I've had. I realized that my dreams have a lot of stories to tell, and a lot of the time, I felt like stories need some moral or real-life reason behind them. Since dreams themselves are mostly unexplained, I thought this would be a fun project to work on.

I approached this project in two different ways: Making landscapes that occur in my dreams, and making short animated GIFs of events that occur in my dreams. All are digitally made, as I have wanted to practice with making digital works. I use different color palettes for each dream background, since I notice a lot of color distortion in dream settings from real-life counterparts. I hope to be able to use these skills in future works, since I am interested in this subject, and feel that interpreting dreams can help me with my storytelling skills.
